Instantly create more vertical storage space with Lyon's 8000 Series closed steel shelving add-on unit, featuring a closed back and sides designed for use against a wall or back-to-back for rows of shelving. This unit includes one upright assembly consisting of two T-post uprights made of durable hot-rolled 16-gauge steel with a spot-welded side panel of 24-gauge steel and a 24-gauge steel back panel to prevent lateral sway and provide support and stability. The add-on includes five adjustable steel shelves available in 22-gauge medium-duty for small parts and light items, 20-gauge heavy-duty, or 18-gauge extra heavy-duty for heavier items such as toolboxes and large parts. The patented box design, with lapped and welded corners, adds strength to the front and rear of the shelves. Each shelf has four clips adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers that install without tools for easy shelf spacing adjustment.
