The Lyon® 2000 Series Closed Steel Shelving Angle Post Add-On Unit is designed to instantly increase vertical storage space for steel shelving used against a wall or back-to-back rows. This unit includes one angle post intermediate upright assembly, consisting of one front angle post and two rear angle post uprights with a spot-welded 24-gauge steel side panel, providing strong support and easy assembly. The uprights are roll-formed from 14-gauge steel for added strength, while the 24-gauge steel back panel helps prevent lateral sway and enhances stability. The add-on unit comes with five 20-gauge heavy-duty adjustable shelves, designed with a patented box construction for increased strength at the front and rear, plus lapped and welded corners for durability. Each shelf includes four shelf clips that can be adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools to set the shelves at desired heights. The entire shelving unit features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray, which protects the steel from everyday wear and tear. This tall closed shelving unit is suitable for storing a variety of items ranging from light parts and aerosols to heavier tools and safety supplies, and is ideal for warehouse or commercial use.
