The Lyon® 2000 Series closed steel shelving beaded post add-on unit is designed to instantly increase vertical storage space and is suitable for steel shelving placed against a wall or arranged back-to-back in rows. This unit includes one beaded post intermediate upright assembly, which consists of one front beaded post upright and two rear angle post uprights with a spot welded 24-gauge steel side panel, facilitating fast and easy assembly. The uprights are roll-formed from 14-gauge steel for extra strength, and the 24-gauge steel back panel prevents lateral sway, providing necessary support and stability. The add-on unit features five adjustable 20-gauge heavy-duty steel shelves with a patented box design and lapped and welded corners for added strength at the front and rear, each equipped with four shelf clips for adjustable shelving heights. The shelving unit is finished with a durable Dove Gray powder coat paint to protect against everyday wear and is ideal for storing light parts, aerosols, heavier items such as tools, and safety supplies in warehouse or commercial environments.
