The 8000 Series Steel Box Shelves by Lyon expand your storage options when added to existing industrial steel shelving, providing excellent static storage for heavy, evenly distributed loads. These adjustable steel shelves are suitable for storing items such as tools, drills, aerosols, or safety supplies, and are compatible with both open and closed 8000 Series shelving units. They feature a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray that protects the shelves from everyday use. Available in multiple gauges, the 22-gauge medium-duty shelves are ideal for small parts and lightweight items, while the 20-gauge heavy-duty and 18-gauge extra heavy-duty options are designed for heavier tools and large parts. The patented box design enhances strength at the front and rear, and the lapped and welded corners add durability. Each shelf includes two rows of pre-punched holes spaced 1 inch apart and comes with four shelf clips that allow for adjustable positioning on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without the need for tools. For better organization, steel shelf dividers can be added above or below the shelves for secure bin-like storage, and label holders can be attached to the front for improved inventory management.
