The 8000 Series steel box shelves expand storage options for existing industrial steel shelving by providing static storage for heavy, evenly distributed loads. These shelves are suitable for storing tools, drills, aerosols, and safety supplies and are compatible with both open and closed 8000 Series shelving. They feature a durable powder coat finish in dove gray, which protects against everyday use. Available in 22-gauge medium-duty for small parts and lightweight items, 20-gauge heavy-duty, and 18-gauge extra heavy-duty for heavier items such as toolboxes and large parts, these shelves have a patented box design with added strength at the front and rear, and lapped and welded corners for durability. Each shelf includes two rows of 1-inch-wide spaced pre-punched holes and four shelf clips that install without tools, allowing easy adjustment of the shelves on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Accessories include steel shelf dividers that securely attach above and below the shelves for organization and custom bin shelving, as well as label holders for inventory control and item placement.
