The 8000 series steel box shelf expands storage options for existing industrial steel shelving, ideal for static storage of heavy, evenly distributed loads such as tools, drills, aerosols, or safety supplies, compatible with both open and closed 8000 series shelving. These industrial steel shelves feature a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray, protecting the adjustable metal storage shelves from everyday use. The shelves come with a choice of shelf gauge: 22-gauge medium-duty for small parts and lightweight items, 20-gauge heavy-duty, or 18-gauge extra heavy-duty for heavier items like tool boxes and large parts. The patented box design enhances strength at both front and rear, with lapped and welded corners for extra durability. Each shelf has two rows of pre-punched holes spaced 1 inch apart, and includes four shelf clips that install without tools, allowing easy adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Accessories include steel shelf dividers that attach securely both above and below the shelves for organization and bin shelving, and label holders that attach to the front for inventory control.
