Secure your shelving and rack into place with concrete wedge anchor bolts made of heavy-duty, zinc-plated steel designed for use with concrete floors. These 3/8 x 3-inch anchors have a fully threaded design and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel clip, providing the highest and most consistent holding values among mechanical type concrete expansion anchors. Installation requires drilling a hole slightly deeper than the embedment depth, inserting the anchor clipped end first, loosely placing the nut on the other end, hammering it into the hole, and then tightening the nut and washer to expand and secure the anchor. These anchors are compatible with various Lyon industrial metal shelving and racking systems, including the 2000 series foot plate for shelving uprights, the upright-to-floor angle and shelving foot plate for 8000 series industrial steel shelving, as well as the bulk storage rack anchoring foot and rivet rack foot plate. Lyon recommends anchoring all shelving or rack sections to floors or walls for safety. The product comes with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
