The Lyon back-to-wall tie is designed to anchor 8000 Series industrial steel shelving units to a wall, enhancing stability and maintaining proper spacing without reducing storage space. This heavy-duty steel tie fits both open and closed 8000 Series shelving sections with T-post uprights and can be mounted directly to the uprights using the two included nuts and bolts, which fit into the keyhole slots along the T-posts. The tie is compatible with both end-of-row T-post uprights and intermediate uprights in the middle. It features a dove gray powder coat paint finish that protects the adjustable metal shelves from everyday wear. Lyon manufactures these shelving parts in the USA. Securing shelving units to both the wall and floor is recommended to prevent tipping or swaying.
