The Lyon® 2000 series steel shelving closed front base strip enhances warehouse shelving by preventing items from falling and rolling under the unit. Designed to be used with closed uprights, these base strips close off the entire bottom of the industrial steel shelving section and are compatible with both beaded and angle posts. The strip ends extend longer on the bottom to fit behind the posts on either side and attach easily to the front flange of the shelf using three push-in fasteners. Made of heavy-gauge steel, these closed base strips are available for 36-inch or 48-inch-wide closed shelving sections, fitting snugly against the bottom-most shelf and aligning with the top of the shelf. Each package includes ten closed front base strips with the necessary push-in fasteners and features a strong, smooth dove gray finish created through a powder coat application that is impact and corrosion resistant. The product offers reliable durability suitable for a variety of storage needs in industrial settings.
