The Lyon 2000 Series closed front base strip for steel shelving is designed to prevent items from falling and rolling under the shelving unit, effectively closing off the entire bottom when used with closed uprights. Compatible with 36-inch or 48-inch-wide closed shelving sections, this heavy-gauge steel base strip fits snugly against the bottom-most shelf, aligning with the top of the shelf. It attaches easily to the front flange of the shelf using three push-in fasteners included in the package. The base strip is compatible with both beaded and angle posts, with the strip ends extending longer on the bottom to fit behind the posts on either side. Finished with a durable dove gray powder coat that is impact and corrosion resistant, each package contains ten closed front base strips along with the necessary push-in fasteners.
