The Chuckwagon® is a one-piece, insulated meal tray delivery cart designed for high impact resistance and frequent use, featuring walls and doors that provide maximum thermal retention when filled with Rock, Rock 2.0, or X-Trays. It accommodates trays up to 9-1/2" x 14-1/2" and can hold 108 X-Trays, 120 Rock 2.0 trays, or 150 Rock trays, with trays sold separately from Cortech. The cart has a raised top edge surface to safely hold more trays, beverage servers, and wash racks, and is equipped with push/pull handles for easy navigation and highest quality non-marring kingpin-less TPR rubber casters. It includes one-piece insulated sliding doors with no dangerous hinges, a new and improved door track system, built-in wall bumpers, and an optional tamper resistant locking door latch system. The sliding doors are easily removable for cleaning and provide a safe and efficient method for delivering meals. The Chuckwagon® is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA.
