The Surge 500 heated carpet extractor includes 15 gallon solution and recovery tanks, a 133 CFM vacuum for increased cleaning capacity and faster drying, a 1750 watt heater with a maximum heat output of 190° F, and a variable 50-500 P.S.I. solution pump. It is equipped with an AirWatt vacuum motor designed specifically for wet pick-up, providing superior protection against moisture through sealed bearings and an electronic float shutoff. The unit offers on-board storage for the hose, wand, cords, and chemicals as well as easy-to-access controls located on top of the machine for ergonomic operation. It features a 10-foot sink fill hose, a wide opening for bucket pours, and a front-mounted drain hose for simple filling and emptying. The extractor is designed for increased mobility with large 12" rear wheels, a stair-assist design, and handle-mounted transport wheels. Additionally, the rear service panel and clamshell design allow quick access to the pump, vacuum, and heater, minimizing downtime for repairs and maintenance.
