The Elm is a handcrafted concrete planter with outside dimensions of 30-7/8" x 34-1/2" and a wall thickness of 2-3/8", weighing 500 lbs. without packaging. Made from a unique fiberglass-reinforced concrete blend, this round container features a rhombic pattern and is designed for durability and longevity. The concrete mix includes fiberglass reinforcement for strength, which may sometimes be visible on the surface. The planter exhibits natural concrete characteristics such as small surface holes caused by trapped air, surface texture variations due to the hand-packed fiberglass blend, color variations from pigment chemical reactions, and possible connection seams from the two-part mold process. Each piece is unique, embracing the natural beauty and rustic finish of concrete.
