Hallowell® Duratough™ all-welded storage and combination cabinets are offered in heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty models within both the Classic and Galvanite corrosion-resistant series. The Classic Series cabinets are constructed from prime grade cold rolled sheet steel, while the Galvanite Series cabinets use galvannealed sheet steel with a zinc-iron alloy coating applied at the mill for protection against high-humidity and moist environments. Heavy-duty cabinets are made from 16 gauge sheet steel and are fully welded to create a rigid, durable structure. Extra heavy-duty cabinets are fabricated from 14 gauge sheet steel, which is 25% thicker than 16 gauge, offering maximum durability. The cabinet dimensions are 60"W x 24"D x 78"H and it features a single tier, double door design with 14 gauge plain doors reinforced by an 18 gauge full height door stiffener and a 14 gauge body. Security is enhanced with a projecting high-security Cremone turn handle and three-point latching system. Each door has three 13 gauge, 3½" 7-knuckle hinges. The interior includes a full width upper shelf, partition, coat rod, and three partial width adjustable shelves. The steel used is cold rolled sheet steel, and the product comes with a 1-year warranty.
