The Elm is a handcrafted concrete planter with outside dimensions of 30-7/8" x 34-1/2" and a wall thickness of 2-3/8", weighing 500 lbs. without packaging. It features a round container design with a rhombic pattern and is made from a unique concrete blend reinforced with fiberglass for added strength and durability. Due to the handcrafted process, the planter exhibits distinctive concrete characteristics such as small surface holes caused by trapped air, exposed fiberglass fibers, a rustic surface texture from hand packing, natural color variation from pigment reactions, and a visible connection seam from the two-part mold construction. These elements contribute to its unique appearance while ensuring longevity and robustness.
