Hallowell® 800 Series KD cabinets are knock-down in three models—storage, wardrobe, and combination cabinets—with three door options: solid, safety-view, and ventilated. Designed to meet government requirements, these heavy gauge industrial grade cabinets provide a neat and attractive appearance with ample storage space for supplies and personal belongings. All cabinets feature 3-point positive locking with a chrome plated locking handle and built-in grooved key lock. Shelves are adjustable on 2" centers with a triple flanged front for added strength, supporting up to 250 lbs uniformly distributed. The cabinets include an all-welded frame assembly and factory hung reinforced doors for proper operation and fit. The specified model measures 48"W x 18"D x 78"H, finished in 725 dark gray, with a single tier and double solid doors that are 1-wide, constructed from 20 gauge steel for the door and body, and 22 gauge for the shelves. They feature a 16 gauge continuous piano hinge, four full width adjustable shelves, a 180-degree door swing, corner foot gussets for added rigidity and stability, two caster attachment plates, and four lockable swivel casters. The cabinets are made from cold rolled sheet steel and carry a 2-year warranty.
