Hallowell® Duratough™ all-welded storage and combination cabinets are available in heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty models within both the Classic and Galvanite corrosion-resistant series. Classic series cabinets are fabricated from prime grade cold rolled sheet steel, while Galvanite series cabinets are made from galvannealed sheet steel, featuring a zinc-iron alloy coating applied at the mill for protection against high humidity and moist environments. Heavy-duty cabinets are constructed with 16 gauge sheet steel and are fully welded to create a rigid, durable unit, whereas extra heavy-duty cabinets use 14 gauge sheet steel, which is 25% thicker than 16 gauge for maximum durability. The cabinet measures 36 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 60 inches high, in a 738 Charcoal finish, featuring a single tier with double doors. It includes 14 gauge plain doors with 18 gauge full height door stiffeners and a 16 gauge body. Security is provided by a projecting high-security Cremone turn-handle with 3-point latching and 13 gauge, 3-1/2 inch 7-knuckle hinges, three per door. The cabinet comes with three adjustable shelves and is constructed from galvannealed sheet steel, backed by a 1-year warranty.
