Hallowell® Duratough™ all-welded storage and combination cabinets are available in heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty models for both the classic and Galvanite corrosion resistant series. Classic series cabinets are fabricated from prime grade cold rolled sheet steel, while Galvanite series cabinets are fabricated from galvannealed sheet steel, which has a zinc-iron alloy coating applied at the mill for protection against high-humidity and moist environments. Heavy-duty cabinets are fabricated with 16 gauge sheet steel and are fully welded for a rigid, durable unit, while extra heavy-duty cabinets are fabricated with 14 gauge sheet steel, which is 25% thicker than 16 gauge for maximum durability. This model features dimensions of 48"W x 24"D x 60"H, finished in 738 charcoal, with a single tier, double door, and 1-wide configuration. Doors are made of 14 gauge plain steel with an 18 gauge full height door stiffener and a 16 gauge body. It includes a projecting high-security cremone turn-handle with 3-point latching and 13 gauge 3-1/2" 7-knuckle hinges, three per door. The cabinet comes with three adjustable shelves and is constructed of galvannealed sheet steel. A 1-year warranty is provided.
