Hallowell® Duratough™ all-welded storage and combination cabinets are available in heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty models for both the Classic and Galvanite corrosion-resistant series. The Classic series cabinets are fabricated from prime grade cold rolled sheet steel, while the Galvanite series cabinets are made from galvannealed sheet steel featuring a zinc-iron alloy coating applied at the mill for protection in high-humidity and moist environments. Heavy-duty cabinets are constructed with 16 gauge sheet steel and fully welded for rigidity and durability, whereas extra heavy-duty cabinets use 14 gauge sheet steel, which is 25% thicker than 16 gauge for maximum durability. The cabinet measures 48"W x 24"D x 60"H, features a single tier, double door design with a 1-wide configuration, and has 14 gauge plain doors equipped with an 18 gauge full height door stiffener along with a 14 gauge body. It includes projecting high-security Cremone turn-handle with 3-point latching, 13 gauge 3-1/2" 7-knuckle hinges with three hinges per door, and three adjustable shelves. The cabinet is finished in 738 Charcoal color, constructed of galvannealed sheet steel, and comes with a 1-year warranty.
