Hallowell® Duratough™ all-welded storage and combination cabinets are available in heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty models within the Classic and Galvanite corrosion resistant series. The Classic series cabinets are fabricated from prime grade cold rolled sheet steel, while the Galvanite series cabinets are made from galvannealed sheet steel, featuring a zinc-iron alloy coating applied at the mill for protection against high-humidity and moist environments. Heavy-duty cabinets use 16 gauge sheet steel and are fully welded to create a rigid, durable unit, whereas extra heavy-duty cabinets use 14 gauge sheet steel, which is 25% thicker than 16 gauge, offering maximum durability. The specific cabinet measures 36"W x 24"D x 78"H and is finished in 738 Charcoal. It is a single-tier, double-door, 1-wide unit with 14 gauge plain doors reinforced with 18 gauge full-height door stiffeners and a 16 gauge body. The security features include a projecting high-security Cremone turn-handle with 3-point latching and 13 gauge, 3-1/2" 7-knuckle hinges with three hinges per door. The cabinet includes four adjustable shelves and is backed by a 1-year warranty.
