Hallowell® Duratough™ all-welded storage and combination cabinets are available in heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty models for both the Classic and Galvanite corrosion resistant series. Classic series cabinets are fabricated from prime grade cold rolled sheet steel, while Galvanite series cabinets are made from galvannealed sheet steel with a zinc-iron alloy coating applied at the mill to provide protection against high-humidity and moist environments. Heavy-duty cabinets are constructed with 16 gauge sheet steel and fully welded for durability, whereas extra heavy-duty cabinets use 14 gauge sheet steel, which is 25% thicker than 16 gauge, for maximum durability. The cabinet measures 48"W x 24"D x 78"H, features a single tier, double door design in 738 Charcoal, with 14 gauge plain doors reinforced with 18 gauge full height door stiffeners and a 16 gauge body. It has projecting high-security Cremone turn-handle with 3-point latching, 13 gauge 3-1/2" 7-knuckle hinges with three hinges per door, and includes four adjustable shelves. The cabinet is constructed from galvannealed sheet steel and comes with a 1 year warranty.
