The Knaack® Armoured Transport is a mobile, durable, and secure storage unit designed for the jobsite, featuring oversized 8-inch-diameter rubber wheels that are 60% larger in diameter and twice as wide as traditional cart castors, with both swivel and locking capabilities to maximize mobility when pushing or pulling maximum payloads. It has a 750 lb. load rating, 50% more than standard carts, making it suitable for storing or moving heavy equipment, tools, and supplies. The unit includes thicker walls and legs, fully integrated 16-gauge armoured steel panels, and full-framed lockable steel doors to prevent unauthorized access and support secure transport. The design incorporates integrated tray compartments for parts and hardware, a taller height than light-duty carts to serve as an elevated work platform, non-marking, non-marring thermal plastic rubber wheels, locking wheels for stationary storage, an electrical cord pass-through with rubber grommet, welded recessed lock housing, a one-piece handle design for durability, tongue and groove armour installation with no exposed seams or fasteners, and a gray powder coat finish for superior durability and corrosion resistance.
