Diamond® Real Seal™ PETG square media bottles are designed to protect media, laboratory reagents, and buffers during storage and transport, withstanding temperatures from -80°C to 60°C and remaining shatterproof even at -40°C. The PETG material limits transmission of O2 and CO2 to maintain optimum pH values for sensitive solutions. These bottles include white HDPE caps with integrated seal rings and matching semi-buttressed threads for leak-proof performance up to 95 kPa. Provided sterile and ready-to-fill, the bottles come gamma sterilized to SAL 10-6, DNAse/RNAse free, non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic, and are equipped with tamper evident shrink bands in tray packs for convenience. Manufactured from medical grade resins, the bottles meet USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical and research applications, are FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact, free from heavy metals, BPA, phthalates, and RoHS compliant. Produced and packaged in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom within an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified facility, the bottles feature molded graduation marks for filling reference and secure, linerless caps engineered for superior closure integrity.
