Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic bottles are designed for efficient and economical packaging in both manual and automated filling operations, with bottles and caps bagged separately to eliminate the need for de-capping before filling. Available in wide and narrow mouth options, the bottles feature cap and closure sizes compatible with industry standards for easy integration. These laboratory bottles are precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins to ensure consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces inside and out. The rugged HDPE construction offers resistance to most corrosives and supports freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottles are available to reduce UV light transmission, protecting light-sensitive contents and meeting US Pharmacopeia requirements for light transmission. The polypropylene caps feature an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads for a leakproof closure, with the caps engineered to withstand industry-leading pressure thresholds. Made from medical grade resins, the bottles comply with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, and are FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact. They are free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, and BPA and phthalate free. Manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility, these bottles are molded to precise specifications to improve bottle and seal integrity and reduce content hang-up. The linerless, leakproof caps provide secure closure, integrating a seal ring molded into the cap to prevent leaks and offering superior performance through semi-buttressed thread design.
