The kit and package include bottles and caps packaged in bulk, with caps and bottles bagged separately, eliminating the need for a de-capping step before filling. These bottles are available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes that conform to industry norms, allowing easy integration into filling processes. Precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, these laboratory bottles feature consistent wall thickness and smooth internal and external surfaces. They are resistant to most corrosives and suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements for light transmission. Polypropylene caps are engineered with an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads to ensure leak proof closure, and the bottles have been designed and tested to withstand the highest industry pressure thresholds. The bottles are made from medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, and meet FDA CFR-21 requirements for food contact.
