The Fromm P331 battery powered strapping tool kit includes one tool, two batteries, and one charger, designed for a tension capability of 1,575 lbs with 1" wide by 0.040" thick PET strapping. Fromm Packaging Systems provides a 12-month warranty on all its strapping tools and machine heads from the date of sale, covering deficiencies clearly resulting from poor manufacturing or faulty materials. The warranty excludes wearing parts such as tensioning wheels, cutters, punches, dies, notching knives, grippers, batteries, and motors, as well as deficiencies caused by improper installation, incorrect handling and maintenance, use without or with defective safety devices, disregard of operation manual instructions, unauthorized modifications, inadequate control of wearing parts, deficient repairs, and use of non-recommended consumable products. Damage claims resulting from production shutdowns or injury and property damage related to warranty deficiencies cannot be asserted by the customer.
