Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic laboratory bottles are precision molded from virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins to provide consistent wall thickness and smooth internal and external surfaces. Available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes matching industry standards, these bottles are designed for manual and automated filling operations, packaged in bulk with caps and bottles bagged separately to eliminate the need for de-capping before filling. The rugged HDPE bottles are resistant to most corrosives and suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia (USP) requirements for light transmission. The polypropylene caps feature an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads for a leakproof closure tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. Diamond® Essentials™ bottles utilize medical-grade resins compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, and meet FDA CFR-21 requirements for food contact. They are free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, and BPA- and phthalate-free. Manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility, these bottles improve bottle and seal integrity while reducing content "hang-up." The linerless caps are engineered for superior performance with an integrated seal ring molded into the cap to prevent leaks.
