The FROMM P331 battery powered strapping tool kit includes one tool, two batteries, and one charger, featuring a tension capability of 1,575 for 1-1/4" wide by 0.040 PET strapping. FROMM Packaging Systems provides a warranty for all its strapping tools and machine heads for 12 months from the date of sale, covering deficiencies resulting from poor manufacturing or faulty materials. The warranty excludes wearing parts such as tensioning wheels, cutters, punches, dies, notching knives, grippers, batteries, and motors, as well as deficiencies due to improper installation, incorrect handling and maintenance, use without or with defective security and safety devices, disregard of the operation manual, arbitrary modifications, deficient control of wearing parts, poor repair work, and the use of consumable products not recommended by FROMM Packaging Systems. Claims for damages resulting from production shutdowns or resulting to persons or property from warranty deficiencies cannot be asserted by the customer.
