The Fromm P331 battery powered strapping tool kit includes one tool, two batteries, and one charger, with a tension capability of 1,575 for 1-1/4" wide by 0.050 PET strapping. Fromm Packaging Systems provides a 12-month warranty on all strapping tools and machine heads from the date of sale, covering deficiencies clearly resulting from poor manufacturing or faulty materials. The warranty excludes wearing parts such as tensioning wheels, cutters, punches, dies, notching knives, grippers, batteries, and motors. It also excludes deficiencies caused by improper installation, incorrect handling or maintenance, using the tool without or with defective safety devices, disregard of operation manual instructions, arbitrary modifications, inadequate control of wearing parts, poor repair work, and use of consumable products not recommended by Fromm Packaging Systems. Damage claims related to production shutdowns or to persons and property resulting from warranty deficiencies cannot be asserted by the customer.
