Diamond® Real Seal™ PETG square media bottles are designed to protect media, laboratory reagents, and buffers during storage and transport, maintaining integrity even under cold storage conditions with shatterproof performance down to -40°C. Made from medical grade PETG resins that meet demanding requirements, these bottles are USP Class VI certified for pharmaceutical and research applications, FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, and BPA and phthalate free. They are produced and packaged in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom within an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 production facility. The bottles come sterile and ready to fill, gamma sterilized to SAL 10-6, DNase/RNase free, non-pyrogenic, and non-cytotoxic, with molded graduation marks for filling accuracy. The white HDPE caps feature integrated seal rings and semi-buttressed threads for leak-proof performance up to 95 kPa, secured with tamper evident shrink bands and provided in tray packs for convenience. The PETG material limits transmission of O2 and CO2 to maintain optimum pH values of stored solutions, and the bottles operate within a temperature range of -80°C to 60°C.
