Diamond® Real Seal™ PETG square media bottles are designed to protect media, laboratory reagents, and buffers during storage and transport, with a temperature range of -80°C to 60°C. These bottles remain shatterproof even at -40°C and have low transmission rates of O2 and CO2 to maintain optimum pH values for stored solutions. The package includes sterile, ready-to-fill PETG bottles with white HDPE caps featuring integrated seal rings and matching semi-buttressed threads, ensuring leak-proof performance up to 95 kPa. Each bottle is gamma sterilized to SAL 10-6, tamper evident with shrink bands, DNase/RNase free, non-pyrogenic, and non-cytotoxic, with molded graduation marks for filling reference. The bottles are manufactured using medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI for pharmaceutical and research applications, FDA CFR-21 food contact regulations, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free. Production and packaging occur in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom within ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified facilities. The leakproof, linerless caps are engineered for secure closure and maintain seal integrity under pressures up to 95 kPa. The kit includes tray packs for convenience and tamper-evident features ensuring sterility before filling. The product comes with specified warranty terms.
