Diamond® Real Seal™ PETG square media bottles are designed to protect media, laboratory reagents, and buffers during storage and transport, remaining shatterproof even at -40°C and suitable for cold storage with a temperature range of -80°C to 60°C. The PETG bottles limit transmission of O2 and CO2, maintaining optimum pH values for solutions. Each bottle includes a white HDPE cap with an integrated seal ring and matching semi-buttressed threads for leak-proof performance up to 95 kPa. The bottles are provided sterile, gamma sterilized to SAL 10-6, DNase/RNase free, non-pyrogenic, and non-cytotoxic, with tamper-evident shrink bands in tray packs for convenience. They feature molded graduation marks for filling reference and are produced in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom within an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified facility. Constructed from medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI, FDA CFR-21 for food contact, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free, these bottles combine high performance and safety. The linerless caps ensure secure closure with seal integrity maintained at pressures up to 95 kPa. The product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty covering quality and performance.
