Diamond® Real Seal™ PETG square media bottles protect media, laboratory reagents, and buffers during storage and transport, remaining shatterproof even at -40°C and usable within a temperature range of -80°C to 60°C. The PETG material offers low transmission rates of O2 and CO2, maintaining optimum pH values for stored solutions. These bottles come with white HDPE caps featuring integrated seal rings and matching semi-buttressed threads that provide leak-proof performance up to 95 kPa. The bottles are sterile, gamma sterilized to SAL 10-6, DNase/RNase free, non-pyrogenic, and non-cytotoxic, with molded graduation marks for filling reference. Provided with tamper-evident shrink bands in tray packs, they are produced using medical grade resins, compliant with USP Class VI for pharmaceutical and research applications, FDA CFR-21 for food contact, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free. Manufacturing occurs in a controlled environment within an ISO Class 8 cleanroom and an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified facility. The linerless, leakproof caps are engineered for secure closure and maintain seal integrity under pressure, ensuring sterility and secure packaging. The product includes a warranty as per the manufacturer’s terms.
