Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic laboratory bottles are precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins to provide consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces inside and out. These rugged HDPE bottles are resistant to most corrosives and suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements for light transmission. The polypropylene caps are engineered with integrated seal rings and semi-buttressed threads, providing leak-proof, linerless closures designed and tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. Available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes matching industry norms, these bottles integrate easily into manual and automated filling operations; the bottles and caps are packaged separately to eliminate the need for a de-capping step before filling. The Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic bottles are made with medical grade resins and comply with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, FDA CFR-21 for food contact, are free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, and free of BPA and phthalates. Manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility, the bottles improve seal integrity, reduce content "hang-up," and provide superior performance compared to alternate designs.
