The kits include bottles and caps packaged separately in bulk, eliminating the need for de-capping before filling. Available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes that adhere to industry standards, these bottles integrate easily into filling processes. Precision molded from virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, they have consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces inside and out. These durable HDPE bottles resist most corrosives and are suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with USP requirements. The polypropylene caps feature an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads for a leak-proof closure, and the bottles are tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. Made from medical-grade resins, they comply with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications as well as FDA CFR-21 for food contact. They are free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free, and manufactured to precise specifications to ensure consistent wall thickness, smooth surfaces, improved bottle and seal integrity, and reduced content hang-up.
