Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic bottles are designed for efficient, effective, and economical packaging suitable for manual and automated filling operations, with caps and bottles bagged separately to eliminate the need for a de-capping step before filling. Available in wide and narrow mouth options with industry-standard cap and closure sizes, these bottles integrate easily into filling systems. Precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, they feature consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces inside and out, offering resistance to most corrosives and suitability for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements. Polypropylene caps include an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads for leak-proof closure, designed and tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. The bottles utilize medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, are FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact, free of heavy metals, BPA, and phthalates, and meet RoHS compliance.
