Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic bottles are designed for efficient, effective, and economical packaging suitable for manual and automated filling operations. The package includes bottles and caps bagged separately, eliminating the need for a de-capping step before filling. Available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes that align with industry standards, these bottles integrate seamlessly into filling processes. Precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, they feature consistent wall thickness and smooth internal and external surfaces. The rugged HDPE construction resists most corrosives and is suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission, protecting light-sensitive contents and meeting US Pharmacopeia requirements. The polypropylene caps have integrated seal rings and semi-buttressed threads for leak-proof closure, designed and tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. These bottles are made from medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, and meet FDA CFR-21 requirements for food contact. They are free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, and BPA and phthalate free. Manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility, the bottles and linerless, leakproof caps improve bottle and seal integrity while reducing content hang-up. The semi-buttressed threads and integrated seal ring molded into the cap ensure secure, leakproof closure, enhancing performance over alternate designs.
