The kit includes 1,000 regular-duty push-type seals that are 1/2" wide, designed for use with steel strapping. All the steel strapping seals are made from precision-tested galvanized steel to ensure durability and strength. Engineered to provide high joint efficiency with both regular-duty and heavy-duty steel, these seals comply with federal government standards and meet ASTM standard D3953. The push-type, also known as PT type or full overlap seals, are specifically used with round bundles and pusher tools in heavy-duty applications. These seals must be threaded onto the strapping before application to ensure proper securing.
