Diamond® Essentials℠ bulk plastic bottles are designed for efficient, effective, and economical packaging in manual and automated filling operations, with caps and bottles bagged separately to eliminate the need for de-capping before filling. Available in wide and narrow mouth options, the bottles feature cap and closure sizes that align with industry standards for easy integration into filling processes. These laboratory bottles are precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins to ensure consistent wall thickness and smooth interior and exterior surfaces, providing durability and resistance to most corrosives. Suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C, amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements for light transmission. The polypropylene caps are engineered with an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads to ensure leak-proof closure, tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. The bottles use medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI standards, FDA CFR-21 for food contact, free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free, and are manufactured in ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facilities.
