Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic laboratory bottles are precision molded from virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins to ensure consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces inside and out. These rugged HDPE bottles are resistant to most corrosives, suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C, and available in both amber and clear options, with amber bottles reducing UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements. The bottles come packaged in bulk with caps and bottles bagged separately, eliminating the need for de-capping before filling. They are offered in wide and narrow mouth options, with cap and closure sizes matching industry norms for seamless integration into manual and automated filling operations. Polypropylene caps feature an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads for leakproof closure, designed and tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. The bottles are made from medical-grade resins compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, as well as FDA CFR-21 for food contact, and are free of heavy metals, BPA, and phthalates while also RoHS compliant.
