They are available in wide and narrow mouth options, with cap and closure sizes that conform to industry standards for easy integration into filling processes. These laboratory bottles are precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) for consistent wall thickness and smooth internal and external surfaces. The HDPE material provides resistance to most corrosives and suitability for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with US Pharmacopeia light transmission requirements. Polypropylene caps feature integrated seal rings and semi-buttressed threads, producing leak-proof closures tested to withstand the highest industry pressure thresholds. Diamond® Essentials™ bottles utilize medical grade resins that meet USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, FDA CFR-21 compliance for food contact, are free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free, and molded to strict specifications for improved bottle and seal integrity, reducing content hang-up. They are manufactured in ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facilities and include linerless, leakproof caps engineered for secure closure and superior thread performance.
