Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic bottles offer efficient and economical packaging designed for manual and automated filling operations, with caps and bottles bagged separately to eliminate the need for de-capping before filling. Available in wide and narrow mouth options, these bottles feature cap and closure sizes aligned with industry standards to integrate easily into filling processes. Manufactured from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, the bottles have consistent wall thickness and smooth internal and external surfaces. They are durable, resistant to most corrosives, and suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle variants reduce UV light transmission, protecting light-sensitive contents and complying with US Pharmacopeia light transmission requirements. The polypropylene caps include an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads, ensuring leakproof closure and superior performance under high industry pressure thresholds. These bottles use medical grade resins compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, FDA CFR-21 food contact compliance, are free from heavy metals, RoHS compliant, and contain no BPA or phthalates. Molded to exact specifications, the bottles improve seal integrity and reduce content hang-up. They are manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility.
