These bottles are available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes matching industry norms for easy integration into filling processes. Made from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, the bottles feature consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces inside and out, offering resistance to most corrosives and suitability for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light sensitive contents in compliance with US Pharmacopeia light transmission requirements. The polypropylene caps have integrated seal rings and semi-buttressed threads engineered for a leakproof closure, and the bottles are designed and tested to withstand the highest industry pressure thresholds. These medical-grade resin bottles comply with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications and FDA CFR-21 requirements for food contact. They are free of heavy metals, BPA, and phthalates, and are RoHS compliant.
