Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic bottles provide efficient and economical packaging solutions for manual and automated filling operations, packaged in bulk with caps and bottles bagged separately to eliminate the need for de-capping before filling. These bottles are available in both wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes designed to match industry standards, facilitating easy integration into filling processes. Made from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, the bottles feature precise molding for consistent wall thickness and smooth interior and exterior surfaces. They are resistant to most corrosives and suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission, protect light-sensitive contents, and comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements for light transmission. The polypropylene caps include an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads for a leak-proof closure capable of withstanding the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. These bottles are manufactured with medical grade resins, compliant with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications, and FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact. They are free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free, and molded to precise specifications to improve bottle and seal integrity while reducing content "hang-up." The production facility is ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified. The leakproof, linerless caps are engineered with semi-buttressed threads and integrated seal rings molded into the caps to prevent leaks.
