Diamond® Essentials™ bulk plastic laboratory bottles are precision molded from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, providing consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces inside and out. These rugged HDPE bottles are resistant to most corrosives and suitable for freezer storage down to -100°C. Amber bottle options reduce UV light transmission to protect light-sensitive contents and comply with USP requirements for light transmission. The bottles are available in wide and narrow mouth options with cap and closure sizes matching industry norms, packaged in bulk with caps and bottles bagged separately to eliminate the need for a de-capping step before filling. Polypropylene caps are engineered with an integrated seal ring and semi-buttressed threads for leakproof closure, designed and tested to withstand the highest pressure thresholds in the industry. Manufactured in an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified facility, the bottles utilize medical grade resins that comply with USP Class VI standards for pharmaceutical, research, and packaging applications and are FDA CFR-21 compliant for food contact. They are free of heavy metals, RoHS compliant, BPA and phthalate free, and molded to precise specifications to improve bottle and seal integrity while reducing content "hang-up." The linerless cap design prevents leaks and ensures secure closure without the need for additional liners.
