The Fromm P328 Classic battery powered strapping tool kit includes one tool, two batteries, and one charger, with a tension capability of 585 pounds suitable for 1/2 inch wide polypropylene and polyester strapping with thickness ranging from 0.026 to 0.041 inches. Fromm Packaging Systems provides a 12-month warranty from the date of sale covering all deficiencies clearly resulting from poor manufacturing or faulty materials. The warranty excludes wearing parts such as tensioning wheels, cutters, punches, dies, notching knives, grippers, batteries, and motors. It also does not cover deficiencies caused by improper installation, incorrect handling and maintenance, use without or with defective safety devices, disregard of the operation manual, unauthorized modifications, inadequate control of wearing parts, poor repair work, or the use of non-recommended consumables. Damage claims resulting from production shutdowns or for injury to persons or property due to warranty deficiencies cannot be asserted by the customer.
