Diamond® Realseal™ plastic carboys from Globe Scientific™ are designed to meet large volume liquid storage and dispensing needs in demanding laboratory applications. These rugged and durable carboys provide a safe, shatterproof alternative to glass for mixing, storing, and dispensing liquids in volumes ranging from five to fifty liters. They are available in a variety of materials and designs suitable for use with most media, reagents, and solutions commonly used in laboratories worldwide. Precision molded from virgin resins, the carboys feature consistent wall thickness along with smooth interior and exterior surfaces. Each carboy is equipped with a leak-proof polypropylene cap engineered with an integrated seal ring to ensure a secure, leak-proof closure. The round design maximizes mixing efficiency, while integrated wide handles facilitate easy carrying and pouring, even when wearing gloves. The carboys include easy-to-read molded graduations, and the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material is safe for freezer storage down to -100°C.
