The FROMM P331 battery powered strapping tool kit includes one tool, two batteries, and one charger, designed for use with 3/4" wide by 0.040" PET strapping, offering a tension capability of 1,575. Fromm Packaging Systems provides a 12-month warranty from the date of sale covering all deficiencies clearly resulting from poor manufacturing or faulty materials. The warranty excludes wearing parts such as tensioning wheels, cutters, punches, dies, notching knives, grippers, batteries, and motors. It also excludes damages resulting from improper installation, incorrect handling and maintenance, use without or with defective safety devices, disregard of the operation manual, unauthorized modifications, insufficient monitoring of wearing parts, inadequate repairs, and use of consumables not recommended by Fromm Packaging Systems. Claims for damage due to production shutdowns or injury to persons or property resulting from warranty deficiencies are not covered.
