The Fromm P331 battery powered strapping tool kit includes one tool, two batteries, and one charger, with a tension capability of 1,575 for 3/4" wide by 0.050" PET strapping. Fromm Packaging Systems provides a 12-month warranty from the date of sale covering all deficiencies clearly resulting from poor manufacturing or faulty materials. The warranty does not cover wearing parts such as tensioning wheels, cutters, punches, dies, notching knives, grippers, batteries, and motors. It also excludes deficiencies caused by improper installation, incorrect handling or maintenance, use without or with defective security and safety devices, disregard of instructions in the operation manual, unauthorized modifications, inadequate control of wearing parts, poor repair work, or use of consumables not recommended by Fromm Packaging Systems. Damage claims related to production shutdowns or damage to persons and property due to warranty deficiencies are not accepted.
