The Astute hard plastic desk is designed for everyday classroom use, featuring a sturdy powder-coated platinum steel base with chrome leg inserts and floor-safe glides to protect finished floors. The desk includes a compact Monroe diamond-shaped top with a Gray Nebula hard plastic finish that has a smooth waterfall edge and an embossed pen or pencil groove. It offers maximum configurability for flexible classroom layouts and supports both right- and left-hand seating arrangements. Each desk comes with an integrated book box for convenient storage of books and supplies. The desk height is adjustable from 23.1" to 33.1" in two-inch increments, accommodating a wide range of student ages. Desks are sold in sets of two and are SCS Indoor Advantage Gold certified.
